The shipment of your package

Packages are usually sent within 3 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via SDA with tracking and delivery with signature.

For each shipment, we will provide a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include the costs of management and packaging and postage. The operating costs are fixed, whereas transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders performed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid in the case of fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are adequately large well protected.

The goods purchased, together with the invoice, is delivered to 'address indicated by the consumer during the purchase, by courier.

Any special needs will have to be proposed to the seller by the consumer.

The delivery of the goods is guaranteed within a minimum of three to four days and a maximum of seven, unless the consumer has chosen the method of payment by bank transfer or for particular products or not to catologo.

In the event that the consumer chooses the mode of delivery by courier, payment may be made in advance by bank transfer or credit card.

For shipments outside Italy we rely on Packlink, a service that sends a variety of carriers such as UPS, DHL and Bartolini based on the area to be served.

Reliable couriers and enjoy good reputation.

So the choice of the carrier does not depend directly on our choice but varies depending on the country of delivery or the particular area.

The goods are always paid by the buyer and recipient under its risk. The seller can not answer for the damage or loss of uninsured product during shipment thereof.

Contracts relating to electronic commerce, to the nature of the business, culminating in the time and place of the beginning of the execution, that is, the passage of the product from the seller to the carrier/courier that will take care of the shipping.

Therefore it applies to contracts relating to electronic commerce, Article 1327, paragraph I, of the Civil Code.
